Project/Portfolio Assessments

A Project Management assessment consists of a full day of one-on-one interviews with company personnel discussing the current state of Project Management. The assessment will be facilitated by Bruce Fieggen. Immediately following this assessment, Bruce will conduct a verbal debrief with company leaders recommending future actions to improve Project Management maturity. In addition, Bruce will provide a written Assessment Report within two business days of the completion of the assessment.

Elements of Project Management discussed during the assessment and debrief include but are not limited to: Project, Program and Portfolio Management; Project Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closing; Project Prioritization; Resource Loading; PMO; Templates; Lessons Learned; Project Management Training; Management Support and a Project Management Guide.
